“Just allow yourself to be in the present moment.” How many times have you heard that one before? Easier said than done, right? As a yoga teacher, I sometimes forget how much practice it’s taken me to be able to easily forget my to-do list and slip into the elusive present moment.
This month’s theme is all about trust! “We cultivate love when we allow our most vulnerable and powerful selves to be deeply seen and known, and when we honor the spiritual connection that grows from that offering with trust, respect, kindness and affection.
