I know how it feels to not put yourself first. Fifteen years ago my body finally had enough and decided changes were needed. I had a minor accident that left me with a dislocated knee and a shattered sense of self.
Now, I teach people like you how important it is to listen to your internal signals. Your body and mind are constantly communicating with you.
They want to help strengthen your inner world before taking on the real world.

Frequently Asked Questions
I’ve spent a lot of time and money over the years on self-help books, therapy, and even online courses and I haven’t noticed much change in my life. What’s different about this course?
I totally get that! The Possibility Program provides a tailored approach to creating the life you want. Unlike other courses or resources out there, we believe there is no one size fits all approach to living a fulfilling life. That’s why we pride ourselves on helping people discover their unique ideas and gifts, so they can figure out exactly what lights them up and what little or big changes they need to make to get there.
I’m very busy and stressed out, and I’m worried I won’t be able to commit to the time required to complete the program. Should I wait until the timing is right?
I feel you—I’ve often felt like my life was too chaotic to take care of myself and prioritize my own needs over the demands of others. Over the years of working with clients I’ve found that if you wait until you feel right or for the perfect timing, that time may never come. So my advice would be to jump in and figure out the details later. Sometimes you just need some accountability!
I don’t really like sharing in groups. Is there an expectation to share a lot with everyone in the course?
Community and connection are at the heart of the program and the work I do in the world. That being said, I’ve worked with all kinds of people, some of them more introverted than others. I pride myself on creating a brave space where people can share as little or as much as they want. Who knows, you might surprise yourself!
