We fear change because we can’t always control the outcome.
We love it when it means a positive, predictable outcome.
Unfortunately, if we resist it in our everyday lives, we run the risk of never being able to move forward. But changes can feel uncertain and risky at times.
This is the paradox of change.
This month we’ll explore this paradox and dive in to how we can deal with change in a positive & comfortable way, mitigating the fears we all have when dealing with these decisions.
