Last week we spoke about the 3 things you can do to manage your energy. This week, let’s put taking care of our energy levels into practice. Yoga can be a great way to decrease stress, which then promotes an increase in energy as we stretch and strengthen our muscles.

When is the best time to do an energizing yoga practice?
This practice is not ideal before bed, but it’s a great way to boost energy during the day or first thing in the morning. It would be great for those of you who tend to hit a wall halfway through your day! It will get your heart pumping and can work as a natural stimulant that will help you have a productive day. YES!
