It’s ‘Managing Your Energy’ Month!
This month we’re focusing on managing energy. What exactly is energy? You know the word STRESS and can relate the word to a feeling, as a lot of us experience it almost every day. But what about your energy?
Do you notice it?
Can you work around it?
How common is it to acknowledge its existence?
Do you feel like you can only get energy from energy drinks or caffeine?
It’s important for you to notice your energy levels as you go through your day or week. Regularly tuning in will allow you to decrease stress and reconnect with yourself. Since this seems to be a theme in my life right now, I thought I would spend this month talking about it as well as practicing it alongside you!
